These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program provided by IRVINE OUTDOOR LIVING INC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages through the SMS consent checkbox on our website Contact Us form. The SMS consent checkbox is separate from our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and is not selected by default. Customers can submit the Contact Us form and request our services without consenting to receive SMS messages.

Please note that opting out of SMS messages does not terminate your project, contract, or other services with IRVINE OUTDOOR LIVING INC.

14. Relationship to Other Agreements

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the IRVINE OUTDOOR LIVING INC SMS program.

Your project agreement, service agreement, contract, estimate, or other agreement with IRVINE OUTDOOR LIVING INC may contain additional terms governing your project or services.

If there is a conflict between these SMS Terms and a separate written project or service agreement, the applicable project or service agreement will govern the underlying project or service relationship, while these Terms govern participation in the SMS program.
